James
Founder & Managing Director
James spent two decades in the jewellery industry before founding Noah James Jewellery in 2019 — learning the craft from the back of a busy workshop, working in Canada with ethically mined diamonds, and training in 3D CAD design. That hands-on journey across every corner of the industry gave him a clear conviction: that jewellery should be ethical at its heart, and as individual as the person wearing it.
Favourite design details: Asymmetric designs and modern twists on the classics
Favourite gemstone: Pastel hued coloured lab diamonds — including green and champagne
Favourite cut: Elongated hexagon
When not in the office
…you'll find me up a mountain, in the sea, at the gym, or in the kitchen cooking with a glass of wine in hand.

Head Jewellery Designer & Showroom Director
Ashleigh has been part of Noah James since the very beginning. Trained in 3D design and jewellery CAD, she brings over ten years of experience to every piece we create. As the creative force behind the brand, she guides each design from first concept to finished piece, working closely with clients in our showroom to bring their ideas to life. Her eye for detail and passion for meaningful, ethical jewellery runs through everything she does.

When not in the office
…you'll find me out walking my dog, at the gym, planning my next holiday, or at home with my current knitting project.

Tatyana
Photography & Social Media Assistant
Tatyana is the newest addition to the Noah James team. Originally from Norway, she's made sunny Manchester her home — bringing with her a background as a figure skating coach, a talent for music, and a great eye for a shot. She now looks after all things photography and social media for the brand.

Favourite cut: Marquise and emerald
When not in the office
…you'll find me at a gig — on stage or in the crowd — or hunting for concert tickets. You won't find me at the gym, but you might occasionally catch me back in Norway visiting family and my cat, Pingu.
